| Artist Wes Koon's unique and one of a kind contemporary glass sculptures are created using a variety of "cold-working" techniques. He does not use hot glass, i.e., blown, fused, slumped, etc., in creating his highly polished and highly refractive works of art. Each piece is individually hand made using very high tech adhesives to laminate and glue the various components together thereby making it totally different from any other piece. He has explored many aspects of working with glass and has become proficient in the required techniques to insure the maximum quality in design and execution. Attention to detail is his trademark. As a result, his reputation as an artist is growing both on a local as well as a regional level. |
